Refund policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the cost of your purchase within 14 days of placing your order and, upon receipt of returned items, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds issued under our 14-day return policy do not include any shipping fees paid at the time of ordering.

There are no refunds on gloves.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
